But here’s what may help you:
1. Set little challenges/goals for yourself (pick something easy at first then you can make it harder as you progress)
2. Have someone to hold you ACCOUNTABLE on what you want to accomplish
3. CELEBRATE!!🎉 every little accomplishment is a win or if you couldn’t do it, pick something smaller next time!
4. Repeat! 😉
