1. Set little challenges/goals for yourself (pick something easy at first then you can make it harder as you progress)
2. Have someone to hold you ACCOUNTABLE on what you want to accomplish
3. CELEBRATE!!🎉 every little accomplishment is a win or if you couldn’t do it, pick something smaller next time!
4. Repeat! 😉

As we participate in the Lord's supper we should think back to the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.Those memories will cause us to focus on the death,burial and Resurrection that each of us went through when we put on a new life which was given to us by the second Adam .we are born again.
