"He that is willing and obedient will eat the good of the Land" - Isaiah 1:19

Many are obedient for the sake of convenience but not willing. The blessings that is attached to these covenant is when willingness and obedience is applied. The two must go together for the blessing to rest. You can't claim to have a heart for God, and outrightly disobey authority or God's instructions.

Kingdom prosperity is solely hinged on prompt obedience and a willful heart
