HOW TO GET YOUR TEAM ON THE SAME PAGE (1)

As a church leader, business team lead or an entrepreneur, you need everyone working with you on the same page, so as to achieve optimal outcomes.

The bane of any leader is to assume your team members know what to do and take a back seat without any oversight function. The outcome will most likely be an abysmal failure and the team may never recover from it.

I will be sharing one key today, as we go on this journey to achieving optimal results together.

1. TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: In any team, the responsibility for success rest mostly on the leadership. A leader must acknowledge mistakes and take responsibility for their actions. What this simply means is that, if you are leading a team, you must be ready to take absolute responsibility for the outcome of your team, either positive or negative. A personal growth plan will help your team own their journey.

As a leader, always remember excuses are inexcusable.

You can build the best team: all that is required to make this happen, is to get everyone on the same page.

Having the same energy will eventually lead to producing the same result.
